Obverse: The Obverse of the Coin reproduces a portrait of Jan Olszewski , Prime Minister in the years 1991-1992, a fragment of the seating plan of the Sejm Hemicycle or (Poland's Parliament) and a Stylized Urn inside which appears the Eagle of the National Coat of Arms and the Legend that refers to to the Mandate of the Former Prime Minister 1991-1992. Next to the Main Image appears the Name of the Honoree, the nominal value "10 ZL" (10 zloty) and in a Semi Circle at the top the name of the issuing country "Republic of Poland" and the date of issue "2021".
Reverse: The Reverse features a Fragment of the Sejm Building Complex , with a Centrally located Building Housing the Parliamentary Meeting Rooms, and a fragment of the Senate Building. In the foreground, a stylized fragment of a ballot with the Eagle of the National Electoral Commission is placed . At the top a legend with the date "27 X 1991" (October 27, 1991) date of the First Free Elections. At the bottom there is a legend with the indication "30th Anniversary of the First Free Parliamentary Elections ."
